We give partners and outside reviewers full access to every paid feature at no charge, on up to five stores. In return we want the unflattering version of what you find.
Every feature on our highest paid tier — the nightly scan, the full review queue, apply and undo, and the automation controls.
Up to five stores on one account, so you can try it against more than one catalogue.
Nothing is hidden behind a second tier, and there is no usage meter counting down.
Access is granted by us, per account, and can carry an end date. We will tell you the date if it has one.
The order matters more than it looks. Step 01 is the one people skip, and it is the one that quietly costs you a day.
Publish your products before you install the app. The first scan reads the catalogue that exists at the moment you connect. If you install onto an empty or unpublished store and add products afterwards, the queue can stay empty and will not refill on its own — and it looks exactly like a broken app rather than an empty one.
If that has already happened, email us. It takes us a minute to re-run it for you. Do not sit and wait for it to correct itself.
A development store is fine. It needs real products, published and visible, before the next step — ten is plenty, and messy real-world copy is far more useful to us than clean sample data.
Install SEOPlatform.ai the ordinary way, from the listing. You will see the permission screen — products and content only, never customers or orders.
Send your yourstore.myshopify.com domain to support@seoplatform.ai once the install finishes. We attach partner access to your account by hand, so it cannot happen before you install.
Until we do, the app behaves like an ordinary new install and may ask you to choose a plan. Do not subscribe. Wait for us — billing is live, and a plan you pick yourself is a real charge.
The scan runs overnight. By the next morning there is a queue of proposed titles and descriptions waiting for you, and every one of them is still a draft that has changed nothing on your store.
Everything else is packaging. If the suggestions are not better than what you already had, nothing else about the app matters.
The writing itself. Open the review queue and read ten suggestions against the products they belong to. Are they accurate? Do they sound like your brand or like an AI? Would you have shipped them?
Apply, then undo. Approve one change, confirm it landed on the product in your Shopify admin, then undo it and confirm the original came back exactly. That round trip is the promise the whole product rests on.
Whether you ever felt unsure what it was about to do. Any moment where you could not tell whether something had already been written to your store is a defect to us, even if the app was technically behaving.
Visual polish and copy nits — useful later, not now. And you do not need to try to break the billing flow; tell us if it gets in your way and we will handle it from our side.
If it writes something wrong onto a product page, that is the most valuable thing you can send us. Send the product and roughly when it happened.
Stated up front so you do not spend an afternoon on them.
An apply takes a few seconds. It writes through to Shopify and waits for confirmation rather than pretending to be instant.
A dash means "not known yet", not zero. Counters render — until they have a real answer, deliberately.
Google Search Console is optional, and needs a domain you can verify. A development store on a .myshopify.com address cannot complete that connection. Everything else works without it — connect it only if you are testing on a real domain you own.
A password-protected storefront affects pages and blog posts. Products are read through Shopify's admin interface and are unaffected. If your storefront is still behind a password, expect page and blog suggestions to be poor and ignore them.
An empty queue the morning after. That is not normal and we want to hear about it the same day — it usually traces back to the catalogue being empty at install time.
A new store starts in manual mode. Suggestions sit in a queue until a human approves them one at a time. There is an automation mode, it is off by default, and you have to turn it on yourself.
Applied changes record what the value was before, so undo restores the original rather than guessing at it.
