Most questions have a short answer below. If yours isn’t here, the form sends us the three things we need to look at your store directly — and it goes to a person, not a queue.
These cover the large majority of what reaches us, and each one is faster to fix yourself than to wait on a reply.
Nothing to review the morning after installing? The first scan reads the products that exist when you connect. If your store had no published products at that moment — or you installed before adding them — the queue can stay empty and will not refill on its own.
Write in and we will re-run it for you. It takes us a minute. Do not sit and wait for it to correct itself.
That is the intended behaviour. Suggestions sit in the Review queue until you approve them one at a time. Nothing is written to your store until you press Apply, and a new store starts in manual mode.
We will not overwrite a title or description you wrote yourself. If you edit copy we generated, that page stops being regenerated — your wording stands. On automatic mode we also skip any field that already holds your own copy rather than replacing it.
Nothing overwrites your words on its own. You can still put a later suggestion live over your own text, but only by approving it yourself.
One case worth knowing: if you put a page back to exactly the text it had before we ever changed it, that reads to us as our copy being removed, and the page can be optimised again. If you would rather a store stayed hands-off, switch it back to manual in Settings.
Every applied change can be reversed. We record what the value was before we changed it, so Undo restores the original rather than guessing. If Undo is unavailable on a change, that means we could not verify the original — tell us and we will look.
Connecting Google Search Console is optional, and it needs a domain you can verify. A store still on a .myshopify.com address cannot complete that connection — that is a Google requirement, not a fault in the app. Everything else works without it.
Plans are billed by Shopify, and you can cancel any time from your Shopify admin. If you are unhappy with your first charge, email us within 30 days of it and we will refund it.
This builds a message and opens it in your own email app, addressed to our support inbox. Nothing is sent from this page — you see the whole thing and press send yourself.
